This thesis explores the underemployment of Ukrainian migrants (refugees) with a focus on women in the Czech labour market after the 2022 Russian invasion. Through qualitative interviews and a case study of the institute “Vesna”, it identifies barriers such as language, child-care, discrimination, intrinsic motivation and institutional gaps.
