Deposition and characterisation of diamon-like carbon thin films
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na vývoj nových typů diamantu-podobných vrstev určených pro ochranu povrchu plastových materiálů a na jejich charakterizaci. Vrstvy byly připraveny pomocí depozice z plynné fáze v nízkoteplotním plazmatu doutnavého výboje na plošné substráty. This work is focused on the preparation and characterisation of new type of Diamond-like carbon coatings developed for protection of plastic materials. The coatings were prepared using plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition technique in low pressure glow discharges on flat substrates.
