Evaluation of economic indicators of milk production
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma hodnocení faktorů ovlivňující ekonomiku produkce mléka. Základ je opřen o popis plemen vhodných pro produkci mléka. Druhá část se věnuje zpeněžování mléka – parametry pro zařazení mléka do jakostní skupiny, vývoj cen za mléko. Součástí práce je popis parametrů, ovlivňujících náklady na produkci mléka, včetně opatření pro snižování těchto nákladů.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the topic evaluation of factors affecting the economy of milk production. The basis is based on the description of breeds suitable for milk production. The second part deals with the monetization of milk – parameters for the classification of milk into a quality group, development of milk prices.
