Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza aktuálních možností zaměstnávání vězňů v České republice a zjištění, zda zaměstnávání vězňů snižuje recidivu po propuštění z výkonu trestu a zda jsou vězni, kteří byli ve výkonu trestu zaměstnáni po propuštění lépe uplatnitelní na trhu práce. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyse the current employment opportunities for prisoners in the Czech Republic and to find out whether the employment of prisoners reduces recidivism after release from prison and whether prisoners who have been employed after release are more employable on the labour market.
