Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem mezinárodního dvojího zdanění – konkrétně opatřeními, která přijaly Taiwanská republika a Singapurská republika za účelem předcházení jeho vzniku. Obsahuje také analýzu dohody o zamezení dvojího zdanění, kterou mezi sebou tyto země uzavřely.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the topic of international double taxation – specifically the measures taken by the Republic of Taiwan and the Republic of Singapore in order to prevent its occurrence. It also contains an analysis of the agreement for the avoidance of double taxation which was concluded between these countries.
