Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá dátovou analýzou a jej využitím v knižniciach v ich riadení. Teoretická časť popisuje vybrané prístupy a súvisiace koncepty, ktorými je možné dátovú analýzu v knižnici aplikovať. Praktická časť analyzuje dáta užívateľov vybraných pobočiek Mestskej knižnice v Prahe a v závere prezentuje získané výsledky.
