Abstract:
Práce zahrnuje historii autorského práva, rovněž základní informace o pojmech autor a dílo a přehled mezinárodních dokumentů. Dále je zde nahlíženo na problematiku omezování svobody slova, cenzuru internetu a obranu proti šíření nelegálních kopií.
Abstract:
The work includes the history of copyright, as well as basic information about the author and the work terms and a list of international documents. It is seen here on the issue of restrictions on freedom of speech, censorship and defense against the spread of illegal copies.
