Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu vnějšího prostředí podniku, tj. mezoprostředí a makroprostředí. Za účelem vyhodnocení nejbližšího podnikového prostředí odvětví stavebnictví a makroprostředí bylo využito Porterůva modelu pěti konkurenčních sil, benchmarkingu a PEST analýzy. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the external environment of the company, i.e. the meso and macro environment. Porter's five competitive forces model, benchmarking and PEST analysis were used to evaluate the immediate corporate environment of the construction industry and the macro environment.
