Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá testováním vybraných radioaktivně značených sideroforů (enterobaktin, salmochelin S4, ferrirubin a koprogen) pro detekci infekce vyvolané bakterií Klebsiella pneumoniae. Teoretická část práce je nejprve zaměřena na klasifikaci, charakteristiku a diagnostickou problematiku této bakterie. Následně je popsán mechanismus fungování sideroforů. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the testing of selected radiolabelled siderophores (enterobactin, salmochelin S4, ferrirubin and coprogen) for the detection of Klebsiella pneumoniae infection. The theoretical part of the thesis begins with the classification, characterization and diagnostic challenges of this bacterium, followed by a description of the mechanism of action of the siderophores.
