Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat vazbu mezi vzdělaností pracovní síly a výkonností ekonomik Česka a Švédska v letech 1998-2010. V první části práce jsou objasněny vztahy mezi zkoumanými pojmy, tedy vzděláním, lidským kapitálem a ekonomickým růstem a následně tato část přiblíží jednu ze strategií EU, která má za cíl dosáhnout dlouhodobého hospodářského růstu v zemích EU 27. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze relation of educated labour force to performance of Czech and Swedish economy in 1998-2010. In the first part is clarified the connection between education, human capital and economic growth.
