How dark triad traits predict the degree of personal existential fulfillment of future educators and social workers

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výzkum vztahu mezi rysy temné triády a mírou existenciálního naplnění u budoucích pedagogů a sociálních pracovníků. Rysy temné triády, zahrnující narcismus, machiavelismus a psychopatii, jsou studovány v kontextu profesionálního rozvoje a duševní pohody v oblastech pedagogiky a sociální práce. Práce se opírá o analýzu existující literatury týkající se temné triády, existenciálního naplnění a profesionálních rolí, aby lépe porozuměla spojení mezi těmito faktory. Metodologie zahrnuje použití dotazníkových škál pro měření rysů temné triády a existenciálního naplnění u vzorku budoucích pedagogů a sociálních pracovníků. Data budou analyzována pomocí statistických metod, včetně korelační analýzy a analýzy rozptylu, aby byl zkoumán vztah mezi rysy temné triády a existenciálním naplněním.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on exploring the relationship between Dark Triad traits and the level of existential fulfillment among future educators and social workers. Dark Triad traits, including narcissism, Machiavellianism, and psychopathy, are studied in the context of professional development and mental well-being in the fields of education and social work. The study relies on an analysis of existing literature related to the Dark Triad, existential fulfillment, and professional roles to better understand the connection between these factors. The methodology involves the use of questionnaire scales to measure Dark Triad traits and existential fulfillment in a sample of future educators and social workers. Data will be analyzed using statistical methods, including correlation analysis and regression modeling, to examine the relationship between Dark Triad traits and existential fulfillment.
