Abstract:
Cílem práce je objasnit úpadek, hrozící úpadek a možnosti jeho řešení, zejména výběrem a analýzou položek účetních výkazů, které jsou pro úpadek a hrozící úpadek charakteristické. Specifikace odlišností insolvenčního řízení s evropským mezinárodním prvkem a veřejná dostupnost informací o procesu insolvenčního řízení v insolvenčním rejstříku.

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to clarify debtors insolvency, impending debtors insolvency and possibilities of solving, especially by selection and analysis of items in accounting statements, which are for debtors insolvency and impending debtors insolvency characteristic.
