Education of a pregnant woman about nutrition

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem práce bylo vytvoření a poté realizování edukačního plánu u žen ohledně výživy v těhotenství. Edukační proces obsahoval posouzení dané klientky, diagnostiku, plánování, realizaci a vyhodnocení. Edukace byla zaměřena na výživu v těhotenství (hlavní složky výživy, potřebné vitamíny, minerální látky a potraviny nevhodné v těhotenství). Dílčím cílem bylo vytvoření edukačního materiálu, který se zaměřuje na výživu v období těhotenství. Edukace byla realizována v nemocnici v edukační místnosti. Posouzení klientky bylo provedeno pomocí vstupního znalostního testu a rozhovoru s klientkou. Na základě vstupního znalostního testu a rozhovoru s klientkou byly stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy a sestaven edukační plán. Edukace se zúčastnily tři klientky, které souhlasily s edukací. Forma edukace byla individuální. Edukaci tvořily dvě edukační jednotky. Na konci edukace byla klientkám rozdána edukační brožura. Po třech měsících po edukaci byl klientkám zaslán výstupní znalostí test, z kterého vyplynulo, že edukace u žen byla úspěšná.

Abstract:

The main goal of the work was to create and then implement an educational plan for women regarding nutrition in pregnancy. The educational process included the assessment of the client, diagnostics, planning, implementation and evaluation. The education was focused on nutrition during pregnancy (main components of nutrition, necessary vitamins, minerals and foods unsuitable during pregnancy). The partial goal was to create educational material that focuses on nutrition during pregnancy. The education was performed in the hospital in the education room. The client's assessment was carried out on the basis of an initial knowledge test and an interview with the client. Based on the initial knowledge test and an interview with the client, nursing diagnoses were determined and an educational plan was compiled. The education was attended by three clients who agreed with the education. The form of education was individual. The education consisted of two educational units. At the end of the education, the clients were given an educational brochure. Three months after the education, the clients were sent a test of output knowledge, which showed that the education of women was successful.
