Abstract:
Teoretická část bakalářské práce pojednává o managementu a manažerských funkcích se zvláštním zaměřením na organizace poskytující zdravotnické služby. V praktické části je analyzován systém managementu a manažerské funkce ve společnosti Nemocnice Pardubického kraje, a.s. Hlavním cílem je zhodnocení získaných poznatků a uvedení případných návrhů na zlepšení.
Abstract:
Theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with management and managerial functions with a special focus on organizations providing health services. In the practical part are analyzed the management system and managerial functions in company Nemocnice Pardubického kraje, a. s. The main objective is to evaluate acquired information and come up with any suggestions for improvement.
