Cílem této práce je představit ucelený obraz téměř sedmdesátiletého vývoje čtyř zlínských vil projektovaných architektem Vladimírem Karlíkem pro ředitele Baťových závodů. Pozornost je věnována osobě stavebníka, samotné stavbě, druhotným zásahům i současnému stavu objektů. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce a comprehensive picture of four director’s villas which were designed by Vladimír Karfík. The thesis focuses on its proprietor, development, the building itself, its reconstructions and adaptations as well as on the present condition of these villas.
