Tato práce se zabývá aktuální otázkou určení rozhodného práva a ju-risdikce dozorových úřadů a obecných soudů v právním režimu ochrany osobních údajů online. This thesis deals with the determination of the applicable law and ju-risdiction of supervisory authorities and courts in the legal regime of data protection online. By analyzing the provisions of the previous leg-islation of Directive 95/46/EC and newly adopted GDPR, the previous and current status of these institutes is compared.
