Diplomová práce se zabývá mnichovskou dohodou a její platností. Platnost tohoto aktu je zkoumána z pohledu mezinárodního a vnitrostátního práva. This master describes Munich Agreement and it´s validity. The validity of this act is examined from the perspective of internetional and domestic law. The thesis also examines at the same time consequences of the Munich Agreement, which include legal continuity of state and law, rejection of the Munich Agreement and opinion trends, which existed after the Second World War in West Germany.
