Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Scintigrafické zobrazení dopaminových receptorů v mozku je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části je shrnuto, čím se zabývá nukleární medicína, princip a postup zobrazení, základy radiační ochrany. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part describes nuclear medicine, principles and procedures of image display and, furthermore basics of radiation protection. Then, there is a description of Parkinson's disease, which includes anatomy, pathophysiology of this disease.
