Predmetom diplomovej práce je rokovanie kolegiálnych orgánov so zameraním na rokovací poriadok. Cieľom práce je vytvorenie vzorového rokovacieho poriadku, resp. argumentačne podloženého prehľadu ustanovení, ktoré by mal obsahovať rokovací poriadok kolegiálneho orgánu.
