This Master's Thesis focuses on problems of so called brownfields and possibilities of their usage. It contains the explication of the term and options of brownfields classification. It acquaints with institutions engaging with brownfields problems. It also refers to suitable subsidy programmes that allow to obtain revitalisation benefits for these localities.
