Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na novostavbu polyfunkčního objektu v kontextu s městským prostředím a vnitřním prostředím budov. Soustřeďuje se na možnosti využití biofilních prvků na fasádě objektu a posouzení kvality vnitřního prostředí z hlediska světelné techniky. Teoretická část práce seznamuje čtenáře s potenciálem vertikálních zahrad a objasňuje jejich výhody i nevýhody. Dále popisuje jednotlivé konstrukční systémy. V druhé části teoretické části se zaměřuje na světelné mikroklima, biologické účinky slunečního záření a požadavky na proslunění budov. Aplikační část si klade za cíl výběr optimální varianty systému vertikální zahrady pro objekt polyfunkčního domu. Dalším cílem je posouzení současného stavu z hlediska světelné techniky a návrh opatření, které budou vést k jejímu zlepšení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the new construction of a multifunctional building in the context of the urban environment and the internal environment of buildings. It focuses on the possibilities of using biophilic elements on the facade of the building and the assessment of the quality of the indoor environment in terms of lighting technology. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the reader to the potential of vertical gardens and explains their advantages and disadvantages. It also describes the different construction systems. The second part of the theoretical part focuses on the light microclimate, the biological effects of solar radiation and the requirements for the solar radiation of buildings. The application part aims to select the optimal variant of a vertical garden system for a multifunctional building. Another objective is to assess the current state of the art in terms of lighting technology and to propose measures that will lead to its improvement.
