This thesis explores Bitcoin and methods for investing in Bitcoin. In the first part, the thesis deals with the origin of Bitcoin, how it works and how other selected cryptocurrencies and tokens work. The second part is devoted to the methods of investing in Bitcoin, which are divided into passive and active. Táto práca sa zaoberá skúmaním bitcoinu a metódami investovania do bitcoinu. V prvej časti sa práca zaoberá vznikom bitcoinu, tým ako funguje a ako fungujú ďalšie vybrané kryptomeny a tokeny. Druhá časť je venovaná metódam investovania do bitcoinu, ktoré sú rozdelené na pasívne a aktívne.
