Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou motivace zaměstnanců. Jejím cílem je zlepšení systému motivace zaměstnanců v provozovně Koryčany společnosti L.A.Bernkop 1883, a. s. Diplomová práce je členěna na dvě části.
