Zámerom bakalárskej práce bolo zadefinovať podklady znaleckého posudku pri ohodnocovaní majetku podniku, keďže tejto téme sa venuje veľmi obmedzené množstvo literatúry, a autori sa jej venujú len veľmi okrajovo. Podarilo sa nám zostaviť prehľadnú štruktúru najčastejšie používaných a dostupných podkladov, čím sa nám podarilo splniť cieľ práce.
