Diferenciální počet leukocytů patří k základním hematologickým vyšetřením. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním tohoto vyšetření na analyzátorech Sysmex XN-3100, Sysmex DI-60, CellaVision DM96 a mikroskopickým vyšetřením. The differential count of leukocytes belongs to the basic examination. This thesis works at the comparison of this examination on analyzers Sysmex XN-3100, Sysmex DI-60, CellaVision DM96 and microscopic examination.
