Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou pracovných skupín a charakterom pracovnej klímy. Je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola sa zameriava na sociálne a pracovné skupiny, objasňuje ich význam, delenie, činnosť a fungovanie. Vysvetľuje čo je tím, charakterizuje jeho znaky a odlišnosti.
