Abstract:
Bakalářská práce nese název Role zdravotně sociálního pracovníka v nemocničním paliativním týmu. Teoretická část je rozdělena na tři hlavní kapitoly a věnuje se osobě zdravotně sociálního pracovníka, oblasti paliativní péče a nemocničním paliativním týmům. The bachelor thesis is entitled The Role of a Health and Social Worker in a Hospital Palliative Team. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters and is devoted to a person of health and social worker, palliative care and hospital palliative teams.
