Design of the Device for the Determination of the Friction Coefficient

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout zařízení pro určení součinitele smykového tření u různých materiálů a zjistit funkčnost tohoto zařízení. Zařízení se skládá ze stolku, kladky a sání. V teoretické části byla popsána problematika tření, způsoby jeho eliminování, jeho výhody a nevýhody a jeho využití v praxi. V praktické části byly provedeny výpočty namáhaných součástí, průběh zkoušky a výsledky naměřených hodnot. K těmto výpočtům byly v příloze přiřazeny jednotlivé výrobní i sestavní výkresy a technologické postupy vyráběných součástí.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis was to design the device for determination of coefficient of friction of different materials and to verity functionality of this device. The device includes the table, the roller and the carriage. There was described issue of friction in teoretical part, the way of its elimination, its advantages and disadvantages and its using in practice. There were made calculations of the loaded parts in practical part of thesis, process of testing and results of measured value. Manufacturing and assembly drawing and technological procedures of produced parts was added in the annex
