Práce se zabývá poručenstvím. Práce objasňuje základní charakteristiku poručenství, analyzuje historický vývoj, jeho účel a komparuje jej s rodičovstvím, osvojením, opatrovnictvím a pěstounstvím. Práce provádí důkladnou analýzu současné české právní úpravy, konkrétně všech ustanovení, která poručenství upravují. The thesis deals with guardianship. Thesis explains the basic characteristics of guardianship, analyzes the historical development, its purpose, and compares it with parenthood, adoption, guardianship and foster-fatherhood.
