Public transport passenger satisfaction in Hradec Králové

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zjistit spokojenost cestujících MHD v Hradci Králové. V první teoretické části jsou vypsány a popsány faktory, které tuto spokojenost ovlivňují. Dále je zde vysvětleno rozhodování zákazníka o výběru daného dopravního prostředku. Ve druhé části práce, která už je praktická, je popsána metoda, kterou je spokojenost cestujících zjištěna. Dále jsou podány návrhy na zlepšení spokojenosti a je zde i hodnocení některý návrhů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the public transport passenger satisfaction. In the first, theoretical, part of the work are described the factors which influence the satisfaction. Here is also explained how a passanger decides about his or her means of transport. The second part of the work, which is practically oriented, is described the method, which helped to measure the passenger satisfaction. There are also to be found the ideas how to increase the satisfaction with evaluation of some of the ideas.
