Cooperative society and its rules

Abstract:

Annotation Moravčíková Jana: Cooperative society and legislation – Bachelor task. Moravčíková Jana: - Banking Institute of the University of Prague, Foreign University Banská Bystrica, Department of economic and social sciences. Head of task: Monika Némethová, PhD. The degree of professional qualification: Graduate. The task is focused on learning about the problems of cooperative societies as part of the business from aspect of business - commercial law . The work is analyzed in view of cooperative society legislation, putting the basic features and principles on which the cooperative society is built. The work contains historical aspects of the development cooperative society as a business entity, the core theme is the dismantling of the law under the Commercial Code, used the literature and case law. Specific legislation has been supplemented by the information cooperative society, provided by the statutes to complete the final task. The work could be used as material for study purposes, for cooperative society and his employees , or little familiarity with not frequently used form of business.

Abstract:

Anotácia Moravčíková Jana: Družstvo a jeho právna úprava – Bakalárska práca. Jana Moravčíková – Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha, Zahraničná vysoká škola Banská Bystrica, Katedra ekonomie a spoločenský vied. Vedúci práce: JUDr. Monika Némethová, PhD. Stupeň odbornej kvalifikácie: Bakalár. Záverečná práca je zameraná na oboznámenie sa problematiky družstva ako jedného z podnikateľských subjektov z obchodno- právneho hľadiska. V práci je rozobraný pohľad na družstvo z právnej úpravy, uvedenie základných znakov a princípov na ktorých je družstvo postavené. Práca obsahuje historické aspekty vývoja družstva ako podnikateľského subjektu, jadrom témy je rozobratie právnej úpravy podľa Obchodného zákonníka, použitej odbornej literatúry a judikatúry. Konkrétna právna úprava bola doplnená informáciami družstva, ktoré poskytlo stanovy na doplnenie záverečnej práce. Práca by sa mohla využiť ako materiál pre štúdijne účely, pre družstvá a zamestnancov družstiev, alebo pre oboznámenie sa s málo využívanou formou podnikanie.
