Diplomová práce je zaměřena na transformaci fyzické osoby na společnost s ručením omezeným. První část práce se zabývá teoretickým popisem, legislativou, kritérii a možnostmi přeměny právní formy podnikání. Dále porovnává vybrané rysy právní formy fyzické osoby a obchodní společnosti. The diploma paper is focused on the transformation of a sole proprietorship into a limited liability company. The first part of the paper deals with the theoretical description, legislation, criteria and options for changing a legal form of business.
