Táto diplomová práca sa zameriava na špecifiká dokazovania v daňovom konaní. V úvode práce sa autor prioritne zameria na teoretické vymedzenie procesu daňového dokazovania, pričom neopomenie na praktických príkladoch predstaviť základné zásady správy daní v kontexte dokazovacieho konania.
