Práce se zabývá přírodními látkami s negativním účinkem na lidský organismus. Byl sledován význam rostlinných potravin ve výživě člověka se zaměřením na obiloviny, luštěniny, okopaniny, zeleninu, ovoce, rostlinné tuky a oleje, ořechy, mák, semena, koření, houby a řasy dodávající tělu důležité látky a zajišťující zdraví člověka. This thesis deals with natural substances with negative effects on the human organism. The influence of plant foods with a view to cereals, pulses, root-crops, vegetables, fruits, vegetable fats and oils, nuts, poppy, seeds, spices, mushrooms and algae which supply the human body with important substances and ensure the human health was investigated.
