Cieľom bakalárskej práce je prostredníctvom analýzy poukázať na rozdiel predaja nehnuteľnosti v exekučnom konaní v Slovenskej Republike. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá exekúciou a jej charakteristikou pri predaji nehnuteľnosti v exekučnom konaní. Práca sa skladá z troch kapitol.
