Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza a komparace vývoje nezaměstnanosti a volných pracovních míst v České a Slovenské republice v období 2000 - 2016 se záměrem porozumět dynamice uvedených trhů práce. Práce využívá nástroje Beveridgeovy křivky k určení strukturálních změn nezaměstnanosti na trhu práce. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyze and compare the development of unemployment and job vacancies in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic between 2000 and 2016 to understand local labor market dynamics.
