Optimization of summer maintenance of local communications in the city of Hlinsko

Abstract:

V práci je popsán současný stav místních komunikací v řešeném území města Hlinska. Je uveden jejich pasport a analýza současného stavu plánu letní údržby včetně schválených finančních prostředků na ni. V práci byla provedena analýza místních komunikací a na jejím základě vytvořen nový pasport těchto místních komunikací. Byly uvedeny právní předpisy pro provádění letní údržby. Byly provedeny návrhy tras pro práci čistícího a kropícího vozu pomocí metod opeční analýzy (úloha čínského pošťáka, Edmondsův algoritmus, exaktní a experimentální metody). Na základě těchto prací byl navržen plán letní údržby.

Abstract:

This work describes current status of local communication network in territory of city of Hlinsko. It deals with their passportisation and analysis of summer maintenance plan including budgeting. I conducted analysis of local communications and based on it proposed their new passport. I also listed regulatory framework for summer maintenance and suggested route of a sprinkler and cleaning truck by using methods of operating analysis (Chinese postman problem, Edmunds algorithm, exact and experimental methods) and proposed summer maintenance schedule based on it.
