Security risks of employees of private security services

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku rizik zaměstnanců soukromých bezpečnostních služeb. První část práce je teoretického rázu se zaměřením na historii vzniku, kvalifikaci rizik a legislativní rámec práce soukromých bezpečnostních služeb. V druhé části je řešena případová studie Reprezentačního plesu Mladoboleslavska se zaměřením na stanovení rizik zaměstnanců bezpečnostní služby zajišťující ochranu a organizaci plesu. Dále práce obsahuje návrh a implementaci adekvátní opatření, která měla vést ke snížení rizik. Součástí práce je i hodnocení opatření a shrnutí problémů, se kterými se soukromé bezpečnostní služby potýkají.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is aimed at characterizing the risks of employees of private security services. The first part of the thesis is theoretical with a focus on the history of the creation, qualification of risks and the legislative framework of the work of private security services. The second part deals with the case study of the Mladoboleslavska Representative Ball with a focus on determining the risks of security service employees providing protection and organising the ball. Furthermore, the work includes the design and implementation of adequate measures to reduce risks. The work also includes an evaluation of the measures and a summary of the problems faced by private security services.
