Analysis of Public Transport in Selected Region

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je Analýza dopravní obslužnosti v okrese Strakonice. Práce je složena ze dvou částí. První část je část teoreticko-metodologická, kde jsou definovány základní pojmy spojené s dopravou, rozdělení dopravy, její infrastrukturou, dopravními prostředky a také charakterizovány pojmy týkající se dopravní obslužností. Druhou částí, je část analytická, která je zaměřena na analýzu aktuálního stavu řešené lokality. Analýza obsahuje charakteristiku regionu Strakonice, mapu silnic a železnic, srovnání časové, vzdálenostní dostupnosti i cen, vypočtený kvocient dopravní obslužnosti v jednotlivých obcích a dotazníkové šetření. Výsledek analýzy říká, že obec s nejvýhodnější dopravní obslužností dle koeficientu je Katovice a s nejhorší dopravní obslužností se potýkají obyvatelé obce Hornosín. Závěr práce obsahuje některé návrhy, které by mohly tento stav změnit.

Abstract:

The theme of thesis is the Analysis of the transport services in the region of Strakonice. Thesis consists of two parts. The first part - theoretical-methodological define the basic concepts associated with transport, traffic distribution, infrastructure and vehicles. The second part is the analytical part, which is focused on the analysis of current status in the region of Strakonice. The analysis includes the characteristics of the region Strakonice, roads and railways maps, comparison of time availability, distance availability and price availability, the quotient of transport services and the questionnaire. Result of the analysis says, that the municipality with the best transportation service rated by the quotient of transport services is Katovice. With the worst transport service rated by the quotient of transport services are facing villagers from Hornosín. Thesis conclusion contains some proposals that could change this situation.
