Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o procesním institutu určovací žaloby. V první část práce je zaměřena na samotnou obecnou žalobou, vymezí její náležitosti, význam a rozebrání vztahu mezi žalobou a tvrzeným nárokem. V poslední řadě dalším druhům žalob vedle žaloby určovací. Další část práce věnována výhradně určovací žalobě. The diploma thesis deals with the procedural institute of a declaratory action. The first part of the thesis focuses on the general action itself, defining its elements, meaning and discussing the relationship between the action and the alleged claim.
