Management of the Women´s Football Club "FK Ústí nad Labem-ženy z.s."

Abstract:

Hlavní myšlenkou bakalářské práce je pomocí teoretických východisek a zdrojů napomoci managementu konkrétního ženského fotbalového klubu. Cílem práce je zaměřit se na fungování této organizace z pohledu managementu, manažera a strategického managementu. Mezi cíli práce je rovněž sestavení analýz pro zjištění skutečného stavu zapsaného spolku z různých pohledů a poté dle analýz návrh změny na zlepšení činnosti organizace, čímž napomoci nejen konkrétnímu klubu, ale i ostatním sportovním organizacím, které se potýkají s obdobnými problémy. Pro potřeby zjištění nedostatků a možných směrů změn byly použity strategické analýzy PEST, Porterova analýza pěti sil a SWOT analýza. V teoretické části je práce zaměřena na popis řešené problematiky a nastavení teoretických východisek práce z pohledu klasického a sportovního managementu. V metodické části byly definovány analýzy potřebné pro stavení cílů organizace. V praktické části byly analýzy aplikovány do prostředí zapsaného spolku a následně došlo k určení nedostatků, možných směrů změn a doporučení ke zlepšení.

Abstract:

The main idea of the bachelor thesis is to help the management of a particular women's football club with using theoretical base and resources. The aim of this work is to focus on the functioning of this organization from the perspective of the management, the manager and the strategical management. Among the goals of the work we can also list the compile analyzes to determine the actual state of the registered club from various perspectives and then according to the analysis of the proposal to improve the organization, thereby helping not only a specific club, but also other sports organizations facing similar problems. Strategic analyzes of PEST, Porter's five forces analysis and SWOT analysis were used to identify shortcomings and possible directions of change. In the theoretical part, the work is focused on the description of the problem and setting up the theoretical bases of work from the perspective of classical and sport management. In the methodical part the analyzes necessary for setting the goals of the organization were defined and in the practical part the analyzes were applied to the enrolled association and subsequently the determination of deficiencies, possible directions of changes and recommendations for improvement were also identified.
