První cást této bakalárské práce je teoretická a shrnuje dosud získané informace o boroxinech, jejich príprave, strukture a popis jejich vlastností. Obsahuje také shrnutí ne príliš rozsáhlých poznatku o heteroboroxinech, metodách jejich syntézy a jejich strukture.
