This diploma thesis presents a significant extension of the virtual reality module of the CAVER Analyst application. The improvements mainly aimed at the possibility of interactive exploration of protein tunnels, as well as enhancing the extensibility of future development of the VR module of CAVER Analyst, and making the user interface more usable for working in the virtual reality mode.
