Cílem této bakalářské práce je specifikace daňového a odvodového zatížení poplatníků u různých právních forem podnikání v ČR. Konkrétně se zabývá optimalizací daňové a odvodové povinnosti u dvou nejrozšířenějších forem podnikání – podniku jednotlivce a společnosti s ručením omezeným. This bachelor thesis focuses on tax and other payment obligations for various business forms in the Czech Republic. Respectively the work explores optimization of tax and payment obligations for two most common forms of business: entrepreneurship and companies with limited liability.
