Proces skladování v CATEGORY a.s.

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se v první kapitole zabývá teoretickými poznatky týkající se procesu skladování a logistiky. V druhé kapitole je provedena analýza současného stavu skladovacího procesu v CATEGORY a.s. Na základě analýzy jsou v poslední části práce navržena opatření pro zlepšení procesu skladování ve společnosti.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on theoretical knowledge related to warehousing processes and logistics. In the second part the warehousing process at CATEGORY a.s. is analysed. Based on the analysis, there are proposals presented in the last part of the thesis, that lead to an improvement of the warehousing process at the company.
