Influence of age on forensic evaluation of load throw

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá forenzní biomechanikou, a vlivem věku na forenzní hodnocení hodu břemenem. Analyzuje výpočty vhodné pro zjištění okolností úderů a také se zabývá potvrzením, či vyvrácením daných hypotéz zvolených k tomuto tématu. Toto téma jsem si zvolila z důvodu, že jsem se stala součástí pomocných vědeckých sil pod vedením pana prof. PhDr. Jiří Strause, DrSc, kde se touto problematikou společně zaobíráme. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bude poznat základní charakteristiku forenzní biomechaniky, vysvětlení pojmu kriminalistika, její teorie, metodologie a metody kriminalistické techniky. Dílčím cílem bude provedení výzkumu a komparace vlivu věku na forenzní hodnocení hodu břemenem. V závěru práce budu popisovat výsledek výzkumu a porovnávat teoretické poznatky s kazuistikou.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with forencis biomechanics, and the effect of age on the forensic evaluation of the weight throw. It analyzes calculations suitable for ascertaining the circumstances of strikes and also deals with the confirmation or refutation of given hypotheses chosen for this topic. I chose this topic because I became part of the auxiliary scientific forces under the leadership of Prof. PhDr. Jiří Strause, DrSc, where we deal with this issue together. The main goal of the thesis will be to learn the basic characteristics of forensic biomechanics, the explanation of the concept of forensic science, its theory, methodology and methods of forensic technique. A partial goal will be to conduct research and compare the effect of age on the forensic evaluation of the weight throw. At the end of the thesis, I will describe the result of the research and compare the theoretical knowledge with the case study.
