Application of ascertained NRE (Needs, Requirements, Expectations) within the context of critical factors resulting from analyses of environment. SWOT analyses as an instrument for identification contemporary position and predicate of future position of corporation.

Abstract:

Významným faktorem, ovlivňující úspěšnost podniků na trhu, je umění získání, vyhodnocení a aplikace zjištěných potřeb, požadavků a očekávání zákazníků. Získané poznatky z trhu a informace o vnitřním a vnějším prostředí společnosti je třeba velmi dobře vyhodnotit a následně využít pro získání konkurenční výhody na trhu. V dnešním globalizovaném světě, který stále rozšiřuje své hranice, kdy jsme zahlceni informacemi, jsou kladeny mnohem vyšší nároky na zpracování získaných dat. Pouze optimální a vhodně provedené vyhodnocení nám umožňuje udržet svůj podíl na trhu, případně předběhnout konkurenci. Cílem práce je získání a vyhodnocení informací z oblasti sběru, vyhodnocení a aplikace informací z trhu s ohledem na možné kritické faktory vyplývající z provedené SWOT analýzy zkoumané společnosti. Výsledky jsou podrobně analyzovány a na závěr je provedeno zobecnění problematiky.

Abstract:

Significant factor which is influencing fruitfulness of companies on the market is ability of obtaining, evaluation and application ascertained customers’ needs, requirements and expectations. Gained findings from marketplace and information about inner and outer environment of companies it is necessary to well evaluate and subsequently make use for obtaining a competitive advantage on the market. In today’s globalized world which still extends its border when we're clogged with information so much higher demand is placed on processing of gained data. Only optimal and suitable data evaluation makes it possible to keep company market share eventually overtake the competition. The goal of the work is obtaining and evaluation of information from areas gathering, evaluation and application information from the market in relation to possible critical factors resulting from performed SWOT analyses of surveyed corporation. Results are detailed analyzed and in the conclusion is carried out the generalization of the problems.
