Acute toxicity on radiotherapy of rectal

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na akutní toxicitu při radioterapii rekta v oblasti gastrointestinální, genitourinární a kožní. Cílem je zjistit míru radiační toxicity ve třech oblastech a shrnout poznatky o radioterapii a onemocnění karcinomu rekta. Jedná se o práci teoreticko-výzkumnou. Teoretická část se zabývá základními informacemi o karcinomu rekta. Přibližuje problematiku radioterapie rekta spolu s nežádoucími účinky a možnost léčby postradiačních obtíží. Praktická část zahrnuje šetření akutní radiační toxicity u skupiny respondentů ve zdravotnickém zařízení s porovnáním výsledků během radioterapie a měsíc po ukončení radioterapie. Výsledky jsou vypracovány v grafech, tabulkách a následně vyhodnoceny.

Abstract:

This Thesis is specialized in acute toxicity during radiotherapy of rectum in domain gastrointestinal, genitourinary and dermatological. General Target is found out volume of radiation toxicity in three domains and resume experiences about radiotherapy and disease of carcinoma rectum. This Thesis is theoretically-research. Theoretical part deals with basic information about carcinoma rectum. This Thesis approaching matters of radiotherapy rectum with undesirable influences and possibility therapy postradiation difficulties. Practical part includes enquiries acute radiation toxicity at group of respondents in health device in comparison results during radiotherapy and one month after finishing radiotherapy. Results are worked out in charts, tables and subsequently evaluation.
