Selecting the Optimal Supplier and Price Comparison of Selected Products

Abstract:

práci je řešena problematika výběru optimálního dodavatele pro vybrané produkty, následná kalkulace a srovnání prodejních cen. Vybranými produkty se rozumí mosazné zboží, na které je každého půl roku vyhlášen tendr. Dodavatelé jsou vyzvání k zasílání nabídek s nákupními cenami a po důkladném rozboru je vybrán dodavatel, který se stane na následujících 6 měsíců optimální. V další části je pomocí vnitropodnikových kalkulací stanovena prodejní cena. Poté dochází k cenovému srovnání vybraných produktů s cenami konkurence. Na základě nabídky, která je konkurenční firmou vystavena, je vyjádřen procentuální rozdíl mezi prodejními cenami obou firem. V poslední řadě je vyhodnoceno postavení firmy na trhu a návrh na možná řešení.

Abstract:

The goal of this work is to find an optimal supplier for selected products, the subsequent calculation of sales and price comparison. Selected product are brass products, on which a tender is announced every six month. Suppliers will be invited to sending their offers to purchase prices and the best supplier is then chosen after thorough analysis. This supplier will be selected as the optimal for the next six month. The selling price will be selected via internal calculations in the next part. The cost comparison of selected products with chosen competitors will follow after this prices determination. The difference between company's prices and competitors prices in percents will be computed according to the competitor's proposals. The company's market position will be evaluated at the end together with possible solutions for its better position. Finally, recommendations for rise or decrease of selected products prices will be formulated for better competitiveness of the company.
