Daňová kontrola jako způsob prověřování daňové povinnosti

Tax audit as a means of checking the tax liability
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu a vyhodnocení jednotlivých etap průběhu daňové kontroly jako způsobu prověřování daňové povinnosti ze strany správce daně. Obsahuje podrobný rozbor zásad a přístupů v daňovém řízení v rozsahu, který umožňuje praktickou aplikaci při daňové kontrole v praxi.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is aimed at analysing and evaluating individual stages in the process of a tax research as the way od screening the tax liability from the side od a tax adminimstrator. It includes a detailed analysis of principles and approaches in the tax procedure in the extent that enables its practical apllication at the tax research in practise.
